Chrysler Canada Inc. Donations — General Guidelines

Parameters and Priorities

Like many Canadian companies, Chrysler Canada Inc. aims to provide funding in the following key areas: health, social services, education, arts, culture, environment, local and civic causes.

The program primarily funds causes which are national in scope or regionally significant. Consideration is also given to requests which benefit areas where there is a large concentration of employees. Key focuses in health and education are universities, colleges and hospitals. In the area of social services, the bulk of our funding goes to the United Way.

Donations are made only to institutions and charitable organizations. No donations are made to individuals.

Application Process

Requests for donations must be in writing and mailed to:

Submissions may be brief (one to two pages) and should include some background on the requesting institution's purpose and functions, the amount of funds being requested and the purpose for which the funds will be used. Also specify any benefits provided (if a sponsorship) or any additional commitment required by the donor/sponsor. Submissions should include a return address and telephone number.

Chrysler Canada Inc.'s Donations Committee will review and respond to all written requests.
